Occupational Therapist
Lisa earned her Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy at the University Health Science Center in San Antonio and her Bachelor’s Degree at Colorado State University. Lisa has been working as an Occupational Therapist in pediatrics for 14 years. She holds an Orthotic Fitter Certificate, and S.O.S. feeding certificate. She has experience with clients of all ages including infants with torticollis. She recently worked as an orthotic fitter specializing in cranial molding, fitting infants with cranial helmets. Lisa has experience in working with children with increased behaviors and has been trained in SAFETY care.
Lisa enjoys tailoring her therapy sessions to suit each individual child's needs utilizing crafts and fun games to keep therapy fresh and enjoyable for all.
Lisa has three children, her older daughter Hannah who attends UGA, her son Liam, and youngest daughter Emma Grace. She spends most of her free time with her family making crafts, playing outside, visiting her relatives in the Smokies, and staying physically fit through running and swimming.
